GTECH Electric offers delivery services across a wide network of locations within India. However, shipping availability may vary depending on pin code serviceability, logistics partner reach, and regional constraints.

In certain remote or restricted areas, delivery timelines may be extended or orders may require special handling.

Standard delivery timelines range between 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch for most serviceable locations.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors such as distance, logistics operations, weather conditions, government regulations, or unforeseen disruptions. While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur.

4. Shipping Charges & Cost Transparency

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on order value, product category, weight, and delivery location. All applicable charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Promotional offers such as free shipping may be applicable on select orders or campaigns, subject to terms and conditions.

8. Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Shipments

In case of visible damage, tampering, or missing items, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting photographic or video evidence.

Claims raised beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

In certain cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately based on product availability or logistics optimization.

Customers will be notified in case of split shipments, and each shipment will have its own tracking details.

11. Refused or Undelivered Orders

Orders that are refused at the time of delivery or remain undelivered due to customer-related reasons may be returned to origin.

In such cases, any applicable shipping, handling, or reverse logistics charges may be deducted from the refund amount or charged additionally.
